Cosmesoft-assisted bookings
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of assisted bookings — appointments created, recovered or converted through Cosmesoft: a missed-call recovered, an enquiry followed up, a cancellation re-filled, an online booking captured.
Bookings your staff make by hand don't count. You're never charged for demand you already had.
Payments, without the fee conversation
Payment workflows are built into Cosmesoft so you can collect deposits, cut no-shows and complete bookings cleanly. Selected plans include no added patient card surcharge up to a monthly eligible payment allowance.
If your clinic processes more than that, you can extend the allowance or switch to standard surcharge pass-through — your choice, no surprises.
